The Difference Between Energy Work and Mentoring
One is when I enter a meditative state, attuning to your emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies - always guided by your highest potential timeline. It’s here that I see what needs to be released, so you can move forward in your business with ease and clarity.
Whereas mentoring is intuitive, a dance of presence and reflection. In this space, I guide you to process and release, often through the alchemy of storytelling - my stories and yours - revealing the wisdom that lives within.
In my journey, and in the journeys of my clients, one cannot exist without the other. Because sometimes, what’s holding us back is so subtle - microscopic to the senses - that the unconscious mind hides it, wanting to feel safe. After all, accelerating on your soul path can feel threatening to the ego and the parts of you that want to stay hidden.
